Transdev

Berni Consulting worked with Transdev to ensure they were awarded the management contract for New Orleans’ Regional Transit Agency (RTA). In conjunction with other local consultants, our team worked to assess public opinion on the job Transdev did on its previous contract with the RTA, leveraged previously held relationships to engage RTA and other necessary stakeholders, and developed internal communications documents for Transdev senior team members.
